Eric and Maria Kuehlthau (Kill-tau) are a husband and wife real estate group that serves the Puget Sound and are experts on the South Sound region to include, Federal Way, Kent, Des Moines Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, Bonney Lake, Gig Harbor and more! Maria has been in real estate since 2016. Eric has operated a video marketing business since 2016 as well and in the last couple years, obtained his real estate license to help Maria with her growing business. Combining Maria's eye for real estate, knowledge of contracts, and negotiating savvy, along with Eric's marketing strategies, in house video, in house photography and knowledge of technology, has proven to be a powerful force in real estate and provided them with being TOP PRODUCERS, 13 of the last 24 months!
